Authentic Satay in 3 easy steps 

  1. Marinade: Combine spice blend, 2 tbsp ketchup manis and 500g of chicken. Marinade for 30 minutes. Skewer or cut into pieces.

  2. Make sauce: Mix spice blend, 200ml coconut cream and 60ml of chicken stock. Simmer for 15 minutes then stir in 1 tbsp of peanut butter.

  3. Grill or roast chicken to your liking.

Serving Suggestion

Works great with beef or vegetables too. Serve with rice.
